St. Paul's is blessed to have Father Dennis Remenschneider as our interim rector. Father Dennis is guiding us through this transition period and helping us to continue growing our membership.

A search committee was created by the vestry of St. Paul's at the beginning of 2007, charged with the task of finding a new permanant rector of St. Paul's.

The search committee first met on February 25th 2007 and has met regulary since. We were formally charged by the vestry on April 7th 2007 with the task of finding a new rector for St. Paul's. With help from our diocese and guidance from our consultant, we have prayerfully reviewed inputs from a parish demographic survey. We collected historical and statistical data and have created a profile of St. Paul's that includes this information together with a summary of our ministries, our future goals and the qualities we seek in a new rector.

All candidates presented by Anne Reed on February 27th and a subsequent list of additional candidates provided by the Diocese on March 27th were sent a set of questions to answer in writing. Extra time was allowed for this process given the overlap with the Easter. The search committee reviewed their answers at a meeting on April 10th.

Phone interviews were completed with all current candidates by April 24th. We would like to thank all candidates for taking the time to capture their thoughts and offer their prayers in their written answers and interviews.

The search committee is now in the process of researching the references provided by candidates and scheduling visits to see those that appear to be a good match for St. Paul's.
